MyUSA Loan is not a lender or lending partner and does not make loan or credit decisions. We do not determine approval, set interest rates, or establish loan terms. All such decisions are made exclusively by the individual lenders or lending partners in our network, based on their own underwriting criteria and applicable law.
MyUSA Loan is not an agent, representative, or broker of any specific lender, nor does it endorse or guarantee any lender's products or services. We are not responsible for the actions, decisions, or conduct of any lender or lending partner you are connected with through our platform.
Any lender or lending partner you are connected with will provide you with full documentation outlining all applicable fees, interest rates, repayment schedules, and any potential penalties — including late payment charges — before you accept the loan. You are under no obligation to accept any offer presented to you.
MyUSA Loan receives compensation from lenders and lending partners when a successful match is made, which helps us provide this service free of charge to borrowers.
In some cases, you may be matched with a tribal lender. Tribal lenders operate under tribal sovereignty and certain federal laws, and may not be subject to state-level lending regulations, including interest rate caps. If connected with a tribal lender, please be aware that their rates and fees may be higher than those of state-licensed lenders, and any disputes may need to be resolved under tribal jurisdiction. Always read all terms carefully before accepting any loan offer.
Missing a loan payment or making a late payment can negatively impact your credit score and financial standing. To protect your credit history, only accept loan terms you are confident you can meet. If you anticipate difficulty making a payment, contact your lender or lending partner immediately to discuss available options before the due date arrives.
This service is not available in all U.S. states. Certain states prohibit the type of loans offered by lenders in our network, or MyUSA Loan may not currently have an available lending partner in your state. If a match cannot be made due to state restrictions, you will be notified accordingly.
By submitting your information through our platform, you authorize MyUSA Loan and its partners to verify your identity and assess your creditworthiness. This may involve checking your information against records from major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) or alternative reporting agencies. You also authorize us to share your submitted information with our network of lenders for the purpose of generating loan offers.
