Your agreement to conduct loan-related transactions and receive disclosures electronically.
Please read this document carefully and retain a copy for your records.
When you submit a loan request through MyUSA Loan, the third-party lenders and lending partners in our network require your consent to use electronic signatures, electronic records, and electronic disclosures (collectively referred to as "E-Consent"). This document explains your rights and what you are agreeing to when you proceed with an application.
By clicking to agree to our terms, you acknowledge that you have received and read this E-Consent, and that you agree to conduct transactions using electronic means — including electronic signatures, electronic disclosures, electronic records, and electronic contract documents ("Disclosures").
This E-Consent applies to all online interactions between you and any third-party lender or lending partner you are connected with through MyUSA Loan — including interactions conducted on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
By agreeing, the third-party lender or lending partner may handle all aspects of your loan transaction electronically. This includes sending all required notices, agreements, and disclosures via electronic means, either on our website, the lender's website, or by email.
You have the right to request any Disclosures in paper form at any time. To do so, contact the third-party lender or lending partner directly after being connected. Paper copies will be provided at no cost to you. Lenders are required by applicable law to retain all Disclosures for the legally mandated period.
To access and retain electronic Disclosures, you will need:
If you have any questions about these requirements, contact the lender or lending partner directly.
Your E-Consent for the purpose of submitting your initial loan request through MyUSA Loan cannot be withdrawn, as it is a one-time transaction. However, once connected with a lender or lending partner, you may withdraw your E-Consent at any time, free of charge, by contacting them directly.
Please be aware that withdrawing E-Consent before receiving credit may prevent you from completing a loan transaction with that lender. Withdrawing E-Consent does not affect the legal validity of any prior electronic Disclosures or agreements that have already been executed.
It is your responsibility to keep your email address and mailing address current with any lender or lending partner you are working with. You may update your contact information by logging into the lender's website or by sending them a written notice by mail. Keeping your contact information up to date ensures you continue to receive all required notices and Disclosures.
By proceeding with a loan application through MyUSA Loan, you confirm that:
📋 Note: If you do not wish to use electronic signatures or conduct transactions electronically, do not proceed with the online application. You may contact us at support@myusaloan.com for alternative assistance.
